Workplace Policy

  1. Workplace Conduct: All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes being respectful to colleagues, clients, and vendors, and avoiding behavior that could be deemed inappropriate or offensive.
  2. Work Hours: Employees are expected to work their scheduled hours and to be punctual. Any requests for time off should be submitted to their supervisor in advance and approved in accordance with company policy.
  3. Confidentiality: All employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of company and client information. Any breaches of confidentiality will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
  4. Harassment and Discrimination: The company has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination. All employees are expected to treat each other with respect and professionalism, regardless of their gender, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
  5. Substance Abuse: The use of illegal drugs, alcohol, or other controlled substances on company premises or during work hours is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
  6. Internet and Email Usage: Employees are expected to use the company’s internet and email systems for business purposes only. Personal use is permitted during breaks and outside of work hours, but should not interfere with job performance or use excessive bandwidth.
  7. Safety and Security: All employees are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace. Any concerns should be reported to management immediately.
