1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and digital products provided by Design Global. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made as per the agreed terms before the commencement of work.
- Web Development Services: 50% advance payment is required, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion. If the client stops the project before completion, the remaining amount may be partially waived at our discretion. However, if the project is completed and the client refuses to accept it, we have the right to claim the rest of the payment. In case of disputes, legal action may be taken.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Services: Full payment must be made before the start of the campaign.
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): AMC services are available upon request. Payments for AMC must be made in advance.
3. Refund Policy
- Web Hosting: If you use our hosting service, you must complete one year; otherwise, no refund will be issued. In special cases, we may allow refunds for up to 6 months at our discretion.
- Domain Name Purchases & Renewals: Domains once purchased or renewed are non-refundable.
- Social Media Marketing & Google Ads Services: These services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Digital Goods (eBooks, Software Licenses, etc.): Refunds are only applicable if the activation key is not used. Once activated, no refund is possible.
- Antivirus Security Products: Refunds are applicable only if the activation is not void.
- Web Development: As stated, the 50% advance is non-refundable. The remaining 50% may be subject to our refund policy based on project completion status.
- Backup & Data Safety: We always store backup files, but we strongly recommend that clients take their backups from us to ensure safety.
4. Service & Support
- Web Development Services include 3 months of after-sales support for minor changes, speed optimization, and limited product uploads (for e-commerce).
- The support period can be extended for larger projects upon mutual agreement.
- We do not provide free support for third-party integrations or external modifications made by the client after project handover.
5. Digital Marketing Terms
- Clients must prepay for all digital marketing services before execution.
- Any additional charges (such as paid ad budgets) must be borne by the client separately.
- We do not guarantee specific results (such as rankings, clicks, or conversions) as digital marketing outcomes depend on various factors.
6. Data Backup & Security
- We maintain regular backups of our clients’ projects, but clients are responsible for taking backups from us for their own safety.
- Any data loss due to third-party hosting services, hacking, or client-side modifications is not our responsibility.
7. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
- We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for website and software maintenance.
- AMC terms, pricing, and scope of services must be agreed upon before the contract begins.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information before the project starts.
- Timely approvals and responses from clients are required to avoid project delays.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that content, images, and materials provided to us do not violate copyrights or legal policies.
9. Legal & Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved in accordance with Indian law.
- We reserve the right to terminate services if clients engage in fraudulent activities, non-payment, or violate any terms mentioned herein.
10. Updates to Terms & Conditions
- Design Global reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Clients are advised to review them periodically.
